Visitor’s Tax
The Visitor’s Tax in the council of Santa Flavia – since the 01/07/2023, amounts to 2€ per person and per night (for the six first nights of a stay).
Please calculate and leave on the table the exact amount in cash before you leave, and send us a picture.
Turn off all amenities
Please make sure before your departure that all lights, bathroom
aeration system and air conditioning are turned off.
This step is really important as we may not check the apartment
straight away.
Windows
Close all the doors, windows and wood shutters behind you.
Departure
Once everything is closed or/and turned off, you can exit your apartment and close the door behind you.
Please put back your keys in the lockbox outside: enter the code you received and press down the black lever on the left to open it. There should already be a bunch of keys inside, add the second one and close-it up.
