Bakery, street food and restaurant
La Rotonda is a bar that serves typical Sicilian on-the-go food, from breakfast with a cornetto and cappuccino, to arancini and other pezzi, as well as gelato and cakes. Additionally, there is a regular restaurant that serves traditional dishes and pizza (it is best to avoid weekend nights as it can get quite crowded).
*We recommend trying the Sicilian street-food for a quick lunch (located at the right entrance) or enjoying a delicious homemade ice-cream in the afternoon.
Butcher and home-made meals
La Grigliata is not only a butcher shop where you can find quality meat, but it also offers a selection of traditional dishes such as lasagna, meat stew, and various kinds of cooked vegetables, which are perfect for a take-away lunch in case you don’t feel like cooking.
*We recommend any of their simple-but-tasty prepared meals for lunch or their roasted chicken with oven-baked potatoes (only available for dinner – be sure to reserve it ahead).
Fish restaurant
The restaurant Scaru is located on a charming square in front of the port of Porticello, which is an old fishing village. The menu is based on the availability of the fresh, local catch of the day, which is used to prepare typical Sicilian dishes such as pasta alle vongole or swordfish. A great wine list accompanies the menu.
Farmhouse restaurant
Villa Cefalà is a restaurant located in an antic farmhouse, few steps away from the villa. The ingredients used in the dishes are genuine and fresh, sourced from the crops and orchards of the farm, including their own extra virgin olive oil and wines. The menu features unique dishes inspired by both Italian and international cuisine.
Trattoria – local restaurant
Don Ciccio is a typical restaurant that offers an authentic taste of the region’s traditional cuisine. It is a popular spot among the locals, who go there to enjoy the tasty caponata followed by a nice plate of pasta or a secondo; not to forget the homemade desserts like tiramisu or cannoli. If you are looking for a genuine food experience, this is the place!

If you are looking for a restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, I Pupi is the right place for you and your loved ones. The chef Tony Lo Coco will guide through a culinary experience that presents the best of the Sicilian cuisine in an outstanding menu, featuring high quality ingredients that brings out the distinct flavours of what our land and sea has to offer. For a full immersion, a degustation menu is also available.
Fish restaurant and pizzeria
All’ Ancora is the closest restaurant from the villa (5 minutes away by foot), perfect for our guests that come in public transport. Beside the large pizza selection, they are specialized in fish dishes made out of the fresh catch of the day. Great restaurant for a simple but tasty dinner made out of Mediterranean flavors.
