Hello, and welcome to Casa d’Acquisto!
Here is a quick guide upon your arrival:
The arrival
Parking
Here is a picture of what the parking looks like.
Two parking spots are available. Please be careful about leaving
enough space for another car.
The number of the villa is 109.
You can check the different ways to reach the villa on our “How to get there” page.
First access with code
Once you are at the front entrance, enter the code 1961#.
⚠️ Please always close the parking gate behind you.
You can use the buttons in the stairs to turn on the external lights or
to open back the parking gate.
Apartment entrance
There are 3 different apartments in the villa, make sure you choose
the right one 😉
Go down the stairs until you reach your apartment, which is located at the medium level.
Here is a picture of your entrance.
Second access with code
A second lockbox contains your keys to access your apartment.
Enter the code 7061 and press down the black lever on the left to
open it.
⚠️ Please always leave the second bunch of keys inside the lockbox
in case of emergencies (ex: if the door closes by itself and you remain
locked outside without your keys).
Your keys
Your bunch of keys contains a key for:
- your apartment door (to be turned towards the left + light pull on the middle handle)
- The front gate at the parking level
- The gate at the sea
⚠️ The parking gate must remain closed at all time.
⚠️ The sea gate must be closed during the night or
when you leave the villa.
⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️ please always carry your keys with yourself
outside (even if you just go to the terrace), as the doors often closes
by themselves with the wind, and cannot be opened without keys.
Never leave your keys on the inside lock of the door.
Important infos about your apartment
Access to the terrace
Your outdoor space is situated on a level below. Go down the stairs and reach the sea level, your terrace is located on the right side, behind the plants (with the red sofas and round table).
Kitchen basics
Your kitchen is fully equipped, and already has basic ingredients such
as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and some spices, as well as sugar,
tea and coffee.
Coffee machine
- Turn on the coffee machine by pressing the button behind;
- Make sure the water level is high enough;
- Insert a coffee pod on the iron filter and press down the black lever;
- Once the green button stopped blinking, press it to fill your
espresso cup and press it again to stop the process. - Turn off the machine (otherwise it might stop functioning after a
few hours)
⚠️ Please be careful when you take the coffee pod away that the iron
filter is still in place (it might sometimes get stuck to the coffee pod).
A moka and a French press are also available for those you prefer longer coffees. Please bring your own coffee if you prefer these machines.
At Casa D’Acquisto we Recycle!
Please put away your waste in the right bins.
Yellow: plastic items
Blue: paper and cardboard
Green (Big): glass and cans
Green (Small): green waste (veggies, fruits,… No meat or fish)
Black: all the rest.
You can find your bins outside your apartment.
*If they are full, you can throw them away in the bigger bins just
below the parking entrance.
Laundry
Your washing machine is located in the closet of the external corridor. You can find a drying rack on the balcony.
Snorkeling gear
You may find snorkels and masks and beach towels in the closet of the corridor, which you are welcome to use with care. We recommend you bring your own to ensure a proper fit. Durable and protective rock/beach shoes are highly recommended as the rocks on the Sicilian beaches can be sharp.
Noise policy
Please be respectful of the guests of the other apartments and avoid
producing unnecessary noises.

Extra pillows and blankets
Extra pillows and blankets are located in the drawer of the sofa in the
living room.
Common outdoor spaces
Paddle and canoe
Two Stand-Up Paddles are available.
They are to be shared with the other apartments and treated with
care.
⚠️ By using these amenities, you’re taking responsibility for yourself
and your children in case of injuries or accident. The use of a floating
gilet is mandatory for everyone under 18, and strongly advised for
any other person.
Longchairs
The cement platform in front of the house is a public place. Some
long chairs are at your disposal in the villa, you can take them to the
platform to enjoy the sun as long as possible.
⚠️ All long chairs must be entered back into the property at night.
Sand Beach
From the sea gate, go right for about 50 meters, a private sandy beach is waiting for you !
You can find in your flat a beach umbrella if needed.
