Welcome to the Top Level – the biggest apartment in our villa. It is located on the highest floor and offers breathtaking sea views, providing a serene and comfortable atmosphere for up to 8 guests.
The Top Level is composed by two beautiful matrimonial bedrooms and two smaller rooms with comfortable bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The apartment has two full bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready for a day at the beach or for a family dinner.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and opens up to a modern and spacious living room. An antique wooden window leads to a terrace that overlooks the crystal-clear waters of the bay below, as well as the mountains in the distance, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. A second terrace is located behind the house, complete with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Things to know
- Since you will be sharing some common spaces with guests from the other apartments (the stairs and access to the sea), we require maximum tranquility. No party allowed.
- We want to specify that a beach bar located on the other side of the bay plays some music during times to times, you might hear it from the apartment.
- In the case you book the apartment for two people but wish two different rooms for separate beds, please specify it to us a week in advance.
- As we don’t live on the spot, please specify the check-in time few days in advance.
